Board certified in critical care pharmacy and in pharmacotherapy, she is a recipient of the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) Presidential Citation and American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) Health Equity Service Excellence Award. She serves as the SCCM Michigan Education Committee Chair and ACCP Health Equity Practice & Research Network Chair-elect.

Field Medical Director
Jerika is a Field Medical Director at Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring supporting clinical development, research, and medical affairs in the critical care and perioperative spaces. She is dual board certified in pharmacotherapy and in critical care pharmacy and practices per diem as a clinical pharmacist in inpatient and emergency medicine at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital. She serves on the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) Multiprofessional Critical Care Review and Assessment Adult Committee, is Chair-elect of the SCCM Michigan Education Committee, and has been appointed to the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) Public and Professional Affairs Committee Task Force.
